.KTW Office Buildings – a phenomenon in social media
In 2016, together with TDJ Estate, then a debutant developer in the commercial real estate industry, we set ourselves the goal of building a distinctive brand for the .KTW office complex, feeling responsible for its location – the heart of Katowice, right next to the legendary Spodek Arena.
We started with communication about the demolition of the DOKP building located there, considering the inconvenience of this process to the surroundings. The culmination of the campaign was the premiere of the .KTW project during the European Economic Congress in Katowice. SEE CASE STUDY
With the start of the project, we initiated a three-lane communication on Facebook and Instagram: to employees, the business community, and skyscraper fans.
Today, the .KTW brand is strongly recognizable on social media, as evidenced by the results achieved – solely organically.

We turned a difficult question into a humorous accent, using it to kick off communication about the construction of the second .KTW tower.
By comparing the current height of the emerging .KTW II to characteristic objects in Poland, we acted on imagination and fueled interest in the construction among internet users and the media.
The capital of Upper Silesia is reaching higher and higher – also thanks to .KTW. We prepared a compilation of Katowice skyscrapers in the form of a 360-degree graphic, which organically reached 40,000 users.
The charming “Bebok” appears in various places in Katowice – also near .KTW. We asked investment fans to suggest a name for it – over 300 proposals were submitted.
.KTW Office Buildings are photogenic shapes – users on Instagram prove it every day. We prepared the “Photo of the Month” campaign for them, in which we regularly select the most interesting photographic proposal and share it on the investment profiles, rewarding the author with a set of gadgets.
Everywhere close – this is the advantage of .KTW, which we present to current and future users of the office buildings as part of a series of posts.
In communication for potential tenants, we focus on presenting the features of the investment that can help them in recruitment processes – after all, working in .KTW is a great thing!
