Custom publishing is a tool that has not been given a Polish name yet. It is used by companies and other organizations to attract new customers, build loyalty, increase brand awareness and strengthen the brand. It is also a tool of internal communication with employees or other groups within the company, which helps to inform, motivate, integrate, educate, and build a corporate culture.
Doing away with electronic or printed corporate publications, internal or external bulletins, and newsletters is a common practice when it comes to cutting costs by companies. It is especially common in times of crisis.
